Engagement Models
We have various engagement models which are highly customized and flexible to the customer demands. We believe that for a successful engagement the right blend of model is required for a win-win partnership. We allow customers to choose an engagement model based on cost and time.
Few of our Engagment Models:
- Time and Material model: Costs and schedule will vary depending on customer specific requirements and complexity of projects. This gives customers flexibility and allows revisions as the project is developed.
- Fixed Cost model: We estimate the manpower requirements and based on man-days a fixed cost estimate for complete project will be quoted. The cost is agreed mutually between us and our customer
- Dual shore model: Resources can be both at onsite and offshore to deliver results to the customer. Onsite members would control defined set of tasks including requirement gathering and project management. The team based offshore would execute tasks of development, testing and support.
- Strategic Alliance: Avertis offers a Strategic Alliance / Joint Venture model for partnership with strategic customers. Customers who want to set up their own development team offshore but face challenges in doing so due to legal, infrastructure and setup costs, selection of location, ROI concerns, etc.
